New Air Fyer Purchase & Savory Oats Pancake Recipe

 I love cooking, always have, inspired from my mom. I recently bought an Air Fryer, the Nutricook AirFryer 2. Till now I have made Dal Vadas, Sago Chips and Ragi Chips. It's a much healthier option compared to deep frying! I personally detest heating large quantities of oil and consuming trans-fat. Let me share the recipe for the Dal Pakoras from Swasthi's recipes.

They tasted so perfect, tweeked it a bit by not adding red chilies and using pepper instead. I hope to share more recipes with you. Mostly cook off the internet, sometimes i cook-on-the-go, and let me tell you they do come out good. My Savory pancakes are enjoyed by all my house members! Makes a good and healthy breakfast!

Savoury Oats Pancake 

1 cup Oat flour

1/2 cup milk

2 Eggs whisked

1 cup veggies of your choice ( grated carrots, shredded cabbage, beans)

Salt to your taste

Pepper to your taste

Chopped Cilantro 

Additional- Chia seeds, flax seed powder and hemp seeds ( optional)

Method

Mix all the above in a bowl, leave for a minute (add little extra milk if it's too thick) Spread butter on your heated frying pan and cook on both sides on medium flame till you get a light brown color. Enjoy with your choice of ketchup!
